Some of my clients have happily
made career changes, while others happily pulled back from changes they were
considering.
One reorganized a company to
respond to changing market environments.
Many found ways to spend more time
with their families.
Some clients have won important
contracts and others have profitably "fired" clients who were not profitable
and draining the energy of their business.
Leadship teams and partnerships
have improved as they found ways to align their personal values, objectives
and styles with a compelling group mission
Several small business owners have
shifted from being workers tied down in their businesses to being
owners and managers running the same businesses with room to spare
for other interests in their lives
Some have scaled back expenses
considerably, many have plugged profit holes and others have focused on big expansions.
Most of my clients have become
clearer about their vision for their business, defined a niche for themselves
or improved how they communicate the benefits of their products and services.
Several have turned around stressed
and embattled teams to become high-performing units founded on respect and
passion for serving the customer.
Most have reduced stress and improved relationships
with customers, partners, employees and themselves.

What do you want to get from
coaching?
I offer a
free strategy session, with no
push to hire a coach. This is a standard service of most professional coaches.
Considering the results:
Coaching is a partnership between you - with a significant goal or
improvement in mind - and your coach. You - the one being coached - take
the actions to reach the goal. Your coach guides a process of insight,
perspective, creativity and accountability so that you will go further, faster
and/or easier to your goal and strengthen a lot of other areas of your life or
business in the process. You can look at the value of coaching from a
variety of sources and angles:
