Corporate coaching focus

Coach-facilitation of groups for strategy, vision and more

Learn coaching skills and approaches for the workplace

Getting started with corporate coaching

"The goal of coaching is the goal of good management - to make the most of an organization's valuable resources."   HARVARD BUSINESS REVIEW

Corporate coaching focus:

Coaching has become a staple of leadership and team development and business effectiveness improvements.  My coaching focus for corporations is primarily in these two areas that give me a lot of satisfaction and normally return fast, solid results for my clients:

bullet

Helping managers and team leaders learn to use coaching to develop their people and integrate a coaching approach to their management style for a more satisfying experience

bullet

Working with teams to make changes effectively, be aligned within the team and to business objectives, tackle complicated projects and strategies, work together well, and enjoy the team process

Coach-facilitation of groups for strategy, vision and more:

A facilitator is a process expert; a coach is a people expert. A coach-facilitator will help you accomplish more, with more believable results, in a shorter period of time.

bullet

Contact me for a proposal before putting together a vision, strategy or planning meeting or when you need support for project team building, process re-alignment and complex issue resolution. My clients are always pleased with the results.

See this sheet for more information on coach-facilitation.

Develop coach-facilitation skills for you or for your staff using one of my teleclasses, workshops or coaching groups. These formats are for people who have some experience facilitating meetings, coaching, consulting or managing.

Learn coaching skills and approaches for the workplace:

Managers and team leaders today are expected to use coaching skills to develop employees, elicit more initiative and creativity and improve morale and results. Since few of us have experienced good coaching or have been trained in coaching skills and their application, this is a challenging expectation for many. You can significantly improve your satisfaction with your management role as well as your team results if you want to use coaching to strengthen your team and help them give and get their best.

The premier workplace coach training program for managers, used around the world, is The Coaching Clinic. Contact me to find out how you can use this program for people development and team results in your organization.
