"Who,
exactly, seeks out a coach? Winners who want even more out of life." CHICAGO
TRIBUNE |
The decision to work with a coach and your choice of
coaches can have a great impact on your success or on your team. This is an opportunity to try
before you buy, ask questions, test the fit, and get help with your strategy for
how you would use coaching to accomplish your goals. I have used these test
drive sessions to help me choose the coaches I have worked with, and every one
of these conversations had been enjoyable and informative and has moved me
forward.

How it works:
 |
Schedule: Contact me by
email or phone to schedule an
appointment. |
 |
Talk: We will speak on the phone for up to an hour. We will use this time by
answering your questions, developing your strategy for using coaching, and trying on some coaching. |
 |
Compare: If you have not considered other coaches, I will invite you do so as part
of your decision process. I can help you identify coaches to speak with if you
like. |
 |
Invite: If there seems to be a good fit for coaching between us, I will invite you
to be my client. I will not try to sell you on working with me over another
coach. I will do what I can to help you make the best coaching investment
decision for yourself or your company. |
 |
Contract: If you are looking for a coach for a corporate or
team engagement, we will probably schedule additional sessions or a
visit for me to speak with other key team members or learn more about your
coaching requirements. For corporate and large team engagements we follow
standard proposal and contract procedures once a potential coaching fit has
been established. |
 |
Intent: My goal is that whatever the outcome you will find our conversation
valuable and it will move you forward with insights toward an excellent
decision about coaching. |
